About the resilience academy
A New Tool to Help You Thrive
It can feel like there’s more disruption today than ever, and modern technology is only making it worse.
But technology can also help. Consider this — you have easier access to more transformational tools now than at any other period in human history.
The Resilience Academy leverages today’s technology by giving you a new way to break through challenges from the privacy and convenience of your screen.

Andy is warm, funny, and helpful. The content is different, and very insightful. A great approach to a necessary and timely topic.

About Andy Bernstein
From Stress to Insight
When Andy was a teenager, his father and little sister died unexpectedly, and Andy became determined to find a way to break through challenges faster.
After trying dozens of processes in his twenties, Andy realized that the real key to emotional and behavioral change wasn’t emotions or behaviors — it was a profound shift in the thinking that drove both.
He wondered if there was a way to transform mindset that wasn’t “spiritual” or clinical — a practical way to provoke eye-opening, mind-clearing insights more easily.
In 2004, Andy created a 7-step worksheet that reproduced the steps our minds go through whenever we have a breakthrough, and he began sharing it with others. It quickly took off, especially among senior leaders looking for tools to stigma-free tools to drive change.

7 Steps to Peace of Mind
Twenty years later, Andy is a top-rated keynote speaker, and this process has changed the way more than 50,000 people approach challenges with marriage, parenting, team dynamics, social change, and more.
Until 2025, most of this has taken place through live workshops at Wharton Executive Education or at top corporations and nonprofits. But now the Resilience Academy makes this content accessible to anyone. And it’s free to start.

About You
Could You Use a Better Toolkit?
People who appreciate the Resilience Academy content come from a wide range of backgrounds, but they have one thing in common — they know they don’t know everything, and are open to trying a new way to handle challenges.
It could be with their relationship or kids. It could be with a workplace challenge, or polarization in society. It could be with ALL of these things (and a few others thrown in). We live in complicated times.
Instead of simple motivation or stress relief, the Resilience Academy gives you practical tools that fundamentally transform how you think, feel, and act.
Real change doesn’t happen to you. It happens in you, and then from you to the world around you.
And you can try it for free.
This is applicable to many levels of my life. Incredibly real and impactful. Thank you!
