• why the best-performing teams (again, according to data) aren’t about talent, motivation, or incentives — and what really drives them
• how the forces that restore nature (Earth, Sun, Fire, and Rain) can also restore team dynamics and take team culture and performance to the next level
• simple, practical tools to help any team increase honesty, accountability, and motivation
