INTRODUCTION

In his iconic song on change, Bob Dylan wrote:

Come gather ’round people
Wherever you roam,
And admit that the waters
Around you have grown,
And accept it that soon
You’ll be drenched to the bone.
If your time to you is worth savin’
Then you better start swimmin’ or you’ll sink like a stone
For the times they are a-changin’

Dylan was writing about 1960’s social and political upheaval, but it resonates just as strongly today. Everything is changing, in wealth management and beyond.

The purpose of this program is to help wealth management professionals see more clearly the changes that affect success today and in the coming future, and (as Dylan suggested) help you “start swimmin,” which in this case means connecting to clients in a less financial and more human way.

Specifically, the Indispensable Advisor program offers a virtual deep dive in well-being so you can make it a more structured part of your prospecting strategy and your client experience, and measure the results. In this introductory material, I’ll explain why you should take well-being seriously based on data, and then I’ll describe how this program will empower your team to take action.
