Break the Stress Cycle

You’ve been told that stress comes from “stressors,” and the best you can do is manage it through breathing, relaxation, alcohol, and other escapes.
This isn’t true, and it’s affecting your ability to live a happier life.
We’ve taught thousands of people a new way to live with less stress. Let us show you how — for free.

First, learn the truth about stress

Stress doesn’t come from what’s going on in your life. It comes from your thoughts about what’s going on in your life.

The key to greater personal happiness is learning a new way to think — but not positive thinking, or passive acceptance.
Something deeper.

The art of re-thinking, simplified

We created a simple process called Active Insight® that helps you re-think challenges in just 7 steps on a guided worksheet.
You start with a problem, and in just a few minutes end with a surprisingly new perspective — on your relationship, your job, your world.
Then you take action from clarity instead of frustration.

Available right now — and always

Active Insight® is ready when you are, 24/7.
No jargon. No stigma. No travel. You don’t even speak.
You log in, go through the 7-step worksheet on your specific challenge, and experience a shift in thinking that “levels-up” how you feel and how you lead change.

Resilience Simplified

Andy Bernstein first became interested in resilience as a teenager, when his father and little sister died unexpectedly.
Determined to find answers, Andy explored dozens of processes, including three years working for bestselling author Byron Katie.
In 2004, Andy created his own process, and has spent more than 20 years teaching this as one of the corporate world’s most highly-rated speakers, helping thousands of people break through challenges faster.
The Resilience Academy makes the same tools available to you — and is free to try.

Frequently Asked Questions

No. Aaron Beck, the founder of CBT, wrote a strong endorsement of Andy’s book (“an outstanding guide”), and CBT therapists have used our worksheet with their patients, but anyone can use this tool to unlock transformational insights in 7 steps.

Not in the traditional sense. This process produces a shift in mindset based on greater clarity, not forced resignation. Instead of walking away saying, “It is what it is,” you walk away feeling lighter and inspired to try new approaches to change.

The first course takes around 30 minutes to complete. It’s divided into short audio lessons that you can listen to whenever you have time.

Everyone is different, but we can say roughly that for every 100 people who try this, 15% find it “life-changing,” 75% find it “enlightening but want more time to test it,” and 10% find it “not for me.” Our goal isn’t to persuade that last 10%. We want to help the 90% thrive — but we can’t predict who that is. The first course is free so you can stay skeptical and try it for yourself.

7 Steps to a Clearer Mind

Peace of mind doesn’t come from something you add.
It comes from something you take away. Let us show you how.
