Break the Stress Cycle

You’ve been told that stress is normal and unavoidable — that it can only be “managed” temporarily through breathing, relaxation, alcohol, and other escapes.

This isn’t true.

The Resilience Academy reveals why — then gives you a new tool to break the stress cycle at its roots so you can live a happier, healthier life.

Try it for free and experience this new approach for yourself.

What Makes This Approach Different?

Resilience requires a fundamentally different perspective on adversity.

1.

Learn the truth about stress and resilience

Stress doesn’t come from what’s going on in your life. It comes from your thoughts about what’s going on in your life.

So resilience isn’t about being tough. It’s about being clear-headed and seeing life from a different perspective.

This takes more than just willpower or positive thinking. You need a fundamentally different way of handling adversity, or “crucibles.”

2.

Leverage the power of crucibles

Crucibles are challenges that can weaken you, or forge greater resilience.

Our process helps you emerge from crucibles with greater internal clarity and understanding. Then your internal change drives external change.

We can help you transform crucibles in your life for years to come.

Andy Bernstein’s story

Taming Fire

When I was a teenager, my father and little sister passed away unexpectedly. I needed a better toolkit for handling challenges.

So I tried every self-help process I could find. Some were helpful. Others were crazy. Most were legal.

But nothing fully put out the feeling of smoldering fire inside me.

Then in the spring of 2000, I met self-help pioneer Byron Katie, and discovered a tool that could turn fire into clarity. I worked closely with Katie for three years to share it with others.

Some of my friends didn’t connect with her approach, so in 2004, I left Katie’s company and started building something similar — but different.

Since then, my corporate keynotes have helped more than 50,000 business leaders transform challenges faster. I could explain how it works, but you’ll get more from trying it first. That’s why the introductory course is free.

If it resonates, we can go deeper — taming fires in your marriage, family, workplace, society, and more. It all starts with an open-mind, and a new toolkit.

I hope you’ll give it a shot.

Sincerely,

Andy Bernstein

FAQ

Is this therapy?

No. Aaron Beck, the founder of CBT, wrote a strong endorsement of Andy’s book (“an outstanding guide”), and CBT therapists have used our worksheet with their patients, but anyone can use this tool to unlock transformational insights in 7 steps.

Is this about accepting things as they are?

Not in the traditional sense. This process produces a shift in mindset based on greater clarity, not forced resignation. Instead of walking away saying, “It is what it is,” you walk away feeling lighter and inspired to try new approaches to change.

How long does the course take?

The first course takes around 30 minutes to complete. It’s divided into short audio lessons that you can listen to whenever you have time.

How do I know if this process will work for me?

Everyone is different, but we can say roughly that for every 100 people who try this, 15% find it “life-changing,” 75% find it “enlightening but want more time to test it,” and 10% find it “not for me.” Our goal isn’t to persuade that last 10%. We want to help the 90% thrive — but we can’t predict who that is. The first course is free so you can stay skeptical and try it for yourself.
