Use of Information

ActivInsight Inc. offers various opportunities for visitors to provide information on its site. This information can be divided into two main categories:

     • The first type is mandatory information necessary to complete a transaction or purchase (such as name, address, email address, and credit card information).
     • The second type is optional information to help ActivInsight Inc. provide tailored coaching content, training exercises, and webinars, among other things.

ActivInsight Inc. may share non-personal, summary information regarding its customers with partners or other third parties (such as organizational clients, web development partners, marketing agencies, channel partners, logistics/shipping partners, etc.). However, for partners or third parties under contract with ActivInsight Inc., any individual customer information provided shall be used only to perform or complete a necessary transaction or function related to the customer's purchase.

These transactions or functions shall be in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy Statement. ActivInsight Inc. will not share any individual customer information outside of the contracted partners and third parties mentioned above without first receiving the individual’s prior written approval.

ActivInsight Inc. will never sell registrant information to list purchasers. We do, however, reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law when we believe that disclosure is necessary to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process. In some cases, ActivInsight Inc. may use a visitor’s personal information to understand overall patterns for site usage, to contact the user for clarification on inaccurate information, or to follow up on a customer service issue.

The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card number) on our registration or order forms, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).

When a visitor registers, the visitor will be included on the ActivInsight Inc. mailing list. Inclusion on the mailing list may entitle the user to receive information or updates about special offers, programs, new products, and/or services. Visitors may opt out of the mailing list at any time.

User Control

If ActivInsight Inc.'s privacy policies change in the future and the use of a member's personally identifiable information is used in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection, ActivInsight Inc. will post a prominent notice on this website notifying members. Additionally, if at any time a member wishes to be removed from future mailings, or change any personal information on any area of the Resilience Academy website, they may send email to [email protected] To be removed, type "REMOVE" in the SUBJECT field. To change information, please state existing information and the change requested in the body of the message.

ActivInsight Inc. will attempt in good faith to resolve any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the use of personal information. Log Files

Like most standard websites, we also use log files. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.
